Our lab studies the molecular mechanism of mitochondrial protein and genome quality control. In particular, how mitochondria regulates the homeostasis of its proteins on the outer membrane and how it maintains the stability of its genome. We use a diverse array of different techniques including structural biology, biochemistry and cell biology.
